The reality of life flows moment after moment.

Everything exists to support everything that exists. This is the direction that leads to true happiness. Not happiness because of “this” or “that”—happiness that’s free from “this” or “that.” When you taste your own existence, it’s as if all your desires are fulfilled. You become free from desire, and therefore, free from fear. Fear and desire are two banks of the river. But the reality of life flows moment after moment, like the water in a river. When we jump into the water, we become free from the banks of the river. What we see doesn’t bother us, because we are in the flow of eternity.

Our mind, feelings, and body are tools.

Our mind, feelings, and body are tools. If a gardener has all his tools, and doesn’t know how to use them, what value do they have?

When you are more conscious, you use your tools correctly. You use mind when mind is needed, feelings when feelings are needed, body when body is needed. When you use your mind correctly, body and feelings are in it. When you use feelings correctly, mind and body are participating with them. When you use your body correctly, mind and feelings are there, too. If you use any of these three correctly, the other two are in it. Consciousness connects each of them to the other two.

If you remember this image, it will help you a lot: there is a triangle—one point is mind, one is feelings, one is body. In the center of the triangle is taste. Each of the three points connects to the other two via that center point.

The more connected you become, the more vibrant your life becomes.

When you go into a forest, you see many, many trees growing, filled up with life. Where does all that life come from? Those trees are alive because sap is flowing through them. It’s the same with us. There is one energy. You have to be connected to it. The more connected you become, the more vibrant your life becomes. In that vibrancy, your mind functions with more intelligence, your feelings with more presence, and your body with more ability. If, through taste, you get to know this life energy, you gradually become connected to the Source that created it.

In the absence of fear and worry…

You have Body Comfortable in the absence of fear and worry. Why are we always worried? Because of the thoughts that pass through our mind. When you’re not experiencing your body inhaling and exhaling, it means you are having thoughts. You can’t tell your mind “Don’t think!” and so you can’t order yourself to not worry, to not be afraid. But you can say to your mind, “You have a job. Your job is to stay with the process of inhalation and exhalation.”

A true sense of security…

Our real feelings have no negativity. They have an inclusive quality that comes from Unity. All negativity we have in our ordinary feelings comes from outside of us. It’s not our own. Fear gives rise to negativity. A child who is sitting between a loving mother and father doesn’t know fear. When we bring body and mind together, our feelings experience it as if mother and father are present. That’s how Breema offers a true sense of security.
